How does checkout work?

TanPrintShop is the gallery; the tills are our two shops. Posters check out on Etsy, shirts on Tan Shirt Shop (Shopify). When you hit checkout, each item opens with its seller — size and color already selected for shirts — and you pay there with card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay, covered by that platform's buyer protection.

Digital downloads

Digital posters are delivered by Etsy the moment payment clears — no shipping, no waiting. You receive high-resolution files sized for standard poster ratios; print them at home, at a local print shop, or through any online print service, as often as you like for personal use.

Printed posters & shipping

Physical posters are printed on demand by Printify on museum-grade paper and shipped with tracking from the print facility closest to you — typically within the EU for European orders and within the US for American orders. Exact rates and delivery estimates appear at Etsy checkout; available sizes are listed on each Etsy listing.

T-shirts, sizes & fit

Shirts are heavyweight unisex tees, printed on demand and shipped tracked via the Tan Shirt Shop checkout. Most designs run S–3XL with a true-to-size fit; the exact size table is on each product page at checkout. Pick your color and size here first — the link carries your selection over.

Returns & issues

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded, but if anything is wrong with your files, message the shop and we'll fix it. Posters or shirts that arrive damaged or misprinted are reprinted or refunded — send a photo via the platform you ordered on within 14 days of delivery.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes — custom requests are welcome. Message us via Etsyand we'll see what we can do.
